Mini Vacation

So this weekend I'm heading down to southern California for my best friend's bridal shower. I'm leaving tomorrow morning and I'll be back on Tuesday afternoon. Just a quick vacation! I'm excited to see my friends and family though. I haven't seen them since last summer. I'm actually getting ready to head to the airport now!

I am finally feeling better after the flu hit me. I still have a little runny nose and a cough but I'm at least able to go to work and move around. I was so weak and tired before that it was a chore just to go to the bathroom. I passed the bug on to my mom and I felt so bad... especially since her birthday was on Monday and she was sick! We were all too sick to do anything for her birthday so next weekend we will be going out for dinner.
