Wednesday Weigh In #4

I have lost a total of 11.6lbs so I'm down 1.6lbs since my last post. I can say that weekends are hard for me because my parents and I tend to go out and do things and we are not home to cook a healthy meal but I get right back on track on Mondays. I think I need to work on weekends though!

The Biggest Loser premiered last night... who watched it?! I did and I love this show. I always used to watch it and hope I'd get motivation and last night when I was watching it, I started working out in my living room. I did lunges, crunches, jumping jacks, arm exercises, and more. This morning when I woke up, I was so sore (my legs felt like jell-o). That goes to show how out of shape I am. Today my boss and I did our walk as well. I think I need to make this a nightly thing (lunges, crunches, and jumping jacks, etc.).

So I bought a sampler of Shakeology to try from Angie and I'm excited to try it! Maybe I can update next Wednesday with how it tastes and works for me.

  2. Congrats Christina!! That is awesome! :) Weekends are the hardest for me too. Usually I'm so busy running that the last thing I feel like doing is going home and making a healthy meal, BUT I do try to drink Shakeology on the weekends for that reason!

    I can't wait to hear what you think about Shakeology!

  3. Awesome! I need to start doing this myself. Recently out of a major back surgery (spinal fusion) I can't do anything but walking and stationary bike!
