San Francisco

Yesterday we went to San Francisco and decided to do one of those hop on, hop off bus tours. It took us to 20 different places and we could get off wherever we wanted to. We got off on a couple of places but the actual bus tour itself was really fun and I learned a lot about San Francisco and got to see parts of San Francisco I've never seen. Even though I've lived in the Bay Area for almost 6 years, I still feel like a SoCal girl and haven't gotten to explore many areas up here. It's nice to play tourist for a while.

This was one of our first stops. The food here is always delicious although we didn't stop, I've been here before!

City Hall - That day they happened to be having a Cannabis festival.

The famous Haight & Ashbury district.

This is the Japanese Tea Garden in Golden Gate Park. 

And of course, the Golden Gate Bridge.

My best friend leaves today and I'm sad to see her go. I wish we didn't live so far away, but it was nice to see her and spend time with her these last few days. I think I'll be going down to SoCal in February so hopefully I will see her then.

    San Francisco is on my "to do" list when we FINALLY get to the US.

    Lovely photos! The Japanese tea garden looks magical. I've never been to san Francisco (or even anywhere near it!) But it looks lovely. Its on my bucket list! :)

    The Japanese Tea Garden in Golden Gate Park is something gorgeous! I hope I will be able to visit it some day, as well as San Francisco which must be a wonderful city!

    Christina - I saw your link on 20SB and LOVE your photos! I am so jealous that you got to go to the Golden Gate Bridge on a nice date. When we went back in May it was so foggy you could barely see anything :(

      Yes, it was a BEAUTIFUL day in SF.. I couldn't believe it myself since every time I've been before has been foggy.

    Seeing these bring me back to when I went to San Francisco back in 2009. The fact that you captured the City Hall during a cannabis festival is hilarious!

    It looked like pleasant weather when you went, and the photos look amazing!
